A paid survey that ends in drawings you keep.

Two hours on site with a level, a tape and a soil auger. We record ground levels, clay-loam drainage, existing trees and the water point, then hand over a zoning diagram, a planting schedule with Latin names and quantities, an irrigation zoning plan and a phased budget. The fee is credited in full against a project started within 90 days.

  5. Phased budget: cost per stage, with the permits left on your side.

Send the plot address and its approximate area. We reply within two working days with a survey window and a fixed fee: from 6,000 UAH up to 0.20 ha, from 9,000 UAH for 0.20–0.40 ha. The fee is credited in full against a project within 90 days.
