Kyiv Oblast / Plot 0.18 ha

A garden is drawn
before it is planted.

We measure the plot before anything is drawn. Zoning, levels, water and circulation sit on one set of sheets, so lawn design, decorative planting and irrigation planning are specified together rather than sold as separate visits. Each plan carries Latin plant names, quantities and a phased budget for plots of 0.10 to 0.40 ha across Kyiv Oblast.

4 scope areas

Four scope areas drawn on one set

Lawn design, decorative planting, irrigation planning and outdoor zoning share the same levels, water lines and circulation. We specify them together so nothing on the plot gets built twice, and so the phased budget lines up with the plan.

  1. 01 Lawn design Seed or turf chosen for clay-loam, with grading, drainage falls and mowing edges sized to the plot.
  2. 02 Decorative planting A schedule with Latin names and quantities, spaced for mature size and for the late frosts of early May.
  3. 03 Irrigation planning Zoned lines, head spacing and pressure figures documented per bed, with autumn and spring commissioning windows.
  4. 04 Outdoor zoning Terrace, path and planting-bed geometry set out for north-facing slopes, with paving levels tied to the survey.

03 / ProcessSurvey / Plan / Build / Maintain

Four stages, one written record

Every plot in Kyiv Oblast moves through the same four stages, and each stage ends with a document you keep: a measured survey, a zoning and planting plan, a build schedule, and a seasonal care calendar. Here is what happens, in order, from the first visit in Irpin or Bucha to the second autumn after planting.

  1. 01

    Survey

We measure the plot, log levels and drainage paths, and take soil samples. On the clay-loam ground common around Vyshneve this decides where a lawn can hold and where it cannot.

On site, 2 to 3 hours

  2. 02

    Plan

A zoning diagram, a planting schedule with Latin names and quantities, an irrigation zoning plan and a phased budget. Nothing is ordered or dug before these sheets are signed off.

    10 to 14 days

  3. 03

    Build

Earthworks, irrigation lines, lawn establishment and planting. We work inside the autumn and spring windows and stay clear of the late frosts that reach into early May here.

    4 to 8 weeks

  4. 04

    Maintain

Irrigation commissioning, pruning, feeding and lawn care across the first two seasons, with a written calendar so the plot keeps its shape after we leave.

    Ongoing, seasonal

Assessment from 6,000 UAH for plots up to 0.20 ha and from 9,000 UAH for 0.20 to 0.40 ha, credited in full against a project within 90 days. How the assessment works

One courtyard, documented from survey to second season.

Clay-loam was broken to 300 mm, the north-facing slope was re-graded into two levels, and irrigation was split into four runs. The planting schedule lists each species with its Latin name and quantity.
