2. Scope and estimates
We provide landscape design, lawn creation, planting, irrigation and zoning. Each job is confirmed by a written order stating contractor, scope, price estimate, deadlines and warranty (Rules of Household Services, CMU Resolution No. 313 of 16.05.1994). A paid on-site assessment is priced in advance and credited to the works; estimates are indicative until signing.
3. Price, payment and complaints
Total price, taxes and payment schedule are stated before ordering; the contract is concluded when the written order is accepted. Written complaints are handled within the time limits of Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
4. Advertising
All claims, timelines and discounts are advertising and must be accurate and substantiated (Law No. 270/96-VR, Art. 8).
5. Personal data and cookies

Form, call and analytics data serve requests, quotes and contracts, are kept 24 months and processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010; you may access, correct or delete data and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
