Lawn, planting, irrigation and zoning share the same levels, water and circulation, so they are specified together on a single plan. Each row states what we document and where the drawing stops.
Grading and topsoil depth for clay-loam, seed or sod choice, mowing edges, and the fall that carries water away from the house. Issued as a levelling plan with spot heights.
A planting schedule with Latin names, quantities and mature spread, arranged in beds, hedges and specimen trees for north-facing slopes and the late frosts common to early May.
Zoned drip and sprinkler layout with water source, pressure budget and controller position, usually two to six zones. The plan assumes a mains or well supply you already hold a right to use.
Terrace, path and circulation layout tied to the survey, with level changes and surface choices noted. Retaining walls above 0.6 m need an engineer's stamp, which sits outside this scope.
Service area is Kyiv Oblast only, on plots of roughly 0.10 to 0.40 ha, including Irpin, Bucha and Vyshhorod. We do not promise growth rates, weed-free beds or nationwide coverage, and permits plus water-use compliance remain with the owner. Read the published limits or book an assessment.
04 / Scope limits
Every commission is measured, drawn and specified by the same team that builds it. That also means we decline work we cannot document. The boundaries below are published before the assessment, not discovered after the deposit.
Plots are surveyed in person. Travel time is quoted inside the assessment fee, so there is no separate mileage line on the invoice.
Plot just beyond these edges? Tell us the settlement and the measured area through the assessment form, and we will answer plainly whether a survey is realistic.
