Estimates and pricing

Prices, timelines and scope notes on this site are preliminary estimates, not a public offer. The binding scope (lawn, planting, irrigation, zoning), price estimate, deadlines and warranty are fixed in the written order or household services contract under the Rules of Household Services Provision, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 313 of 16.05.1994. Total price and payment terms are confirmed before the contract is concluded per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

Planting and growing outcomes

Plants are living organisms: growth, flowering and survival depend on soil, weather, watering and later care, so an identical visual result cannot be guaranteed. Any replacement or care warranty is limited to the contract terms and does not restrict your rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

Irrigation, permits and water restrictions

Water connections, wells, water intake and seasonal watering limits are governed by local decisions and water-use rules. Unless agreed in writing, the customer obtains the permits and follows local restrictions; we do not guarantee permit approval, water volumes or schedules.

Images and promotional conditions

Before/after photographs are representative illustrations taken in different seasons or on other sites; they do not promise an identical result. Discounts, seasonal offers and deadlines apply only while published and on the stated conditions, without artificial urgency. Promotional statements are advertising under Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR, Art. 8.

Mandatory information on services, prices and terms is also provided in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII.
